We meet the customer and detail their project requirements
We provide a detailed estimate for the work. Our invoice will match our estimate unless the customer changes the scope of work. Possum Fork Heritage assumes the risk of the project costing more if the scope of work doesn’t change.
We provide a timeframe for when you can expect your project to be completed
We involve our customers along the way, guiding them as they choose colors and make important decisions about their custom project.
We require 40% of the final cost at the onset of each custom project. The remainder will be due upon delivery of the finished product.
